What exactly does Mudra do?＋
Two things: it manages branded email signatures for your team, and it lets you sign documents (PDFs) electronically — both under one login.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?＋
Yes. Design a signature and copy it straight into Gmail or Outlook — the HTML is built to render correctly in both.
Are the e-signatures legally binding?＋
The signing flow captures signature, name and date and produces a finished PDF, following ESIGN/eIDAS standards. A full audit trail and identity verification arrive with the upcoming release.
Do I need to install anything?＋
No. Mudra runs in your browser — sign documents and copy signatures with no printing, scanning, or downloads.
Is there a free plan?＋
Yes — start free with one signature and a few documents a month, and upgrade whenever you're ready.
How long is the free trial?＋
30 days, with full access to every feature — no credit card required. If you don't upgrade, your account simply moves to the free plan and your work is kept.
How much does Mudra cost?＋
Email signatures start free for one signature. Paid plans are ₹49/user/month for Team and ₹79/user/month for Business. Mudra Complete, which bundles email signatures with document e-signing, is ₹119/user/month. All prices are per user, billed annually.
Can I use one signature template for my whole team?＋
Yes. Add merge fields like {FullName} and {JobTitle} to a template, import your team from a CSV or Google Sheet, and each person's own details fill in automatically — one design, everyone's signature.
Can Mudra install signatures for everyone automatically?＋
Yes, for Google Workspace. With a service account and domain-wide delegation authorised by a super-admin, Mudra pushes signatures straight into each user's Gmail — no copy-paste. Microsoft 365 and Exchange deployment are not available yet.
Can I schedule a marketing banner in my email signature?＋
Yes. Create a campaign with a banner image, a link and a date range. It appears under everyone's signature while it's running and stops on its own when the range ends. Clicks on the banner are tracked.
Does Mudra track who opens or clicks my emails?＋
Only banner clicks, and only anonymously — Mudra records which campaign was clicked and when, and nothing about the person who clicked. There is no email open tracking and no recipient profiling.
