Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mudra ("the Service"), operated by ARTH, a brand of Nash Enterprises ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Mudra provides tools to design and manage email signatures and to sign documents electronically. Features, plans and pricing may change over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to enrol any people whose details you upload (for example, your team members' email addresses).
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not upload personal data of others without a lawful basis and their awareness.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed per user on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial periods. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload (signatures, logos, documents, contact details). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Electronic signatures
Where the Service is used to sign documents, you are responsible for ensuring an electronic signature is valid and appropriate for your use case under applicable law (for example, the Indian Information Technology Act, the U.S. ESIGN Act, or the EU eIDAS Regulation). We provide tooling, not legal certification of any specific signature.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Nash Enterprises and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law provides otherwise.
